# Stake

SuperUSD can be staked at [https://superreturn.ai/superusd/stake](https://superreturn.ai/usdai/stake)

Users can stake SuperUSD into sSuperUSD to receive a share of the yield of the backing assets. sSuperUSD is a non-rebasing token that increases in value over time.

Users can unstake sSuperUSD into SuperUSD on all our supported chains up to a limit based on the amount of available SuperUSD on that chain. If there's insufficient unstaking liquidity for a specific chain, users can easily bridge their sSuperUSD to another chain to unstake.

**The staking process:**

* Users can stake SuperUSD into sSuperUSD at the prevailing exchange rate
* Users can stake directly on many chains without having to move their assets around

**The unstaking process:**

* Users can unstake sSuperUSD into SuperUSD at the prevailing exchange rate
* Users can unstake directly on all our supported chains, up to a limit on that chain
* Unstaking period of 1 day
